KETHEA EXODOS operates a Counselling Center in the center of Larissa,as well as in Trikala, where preparation takes place for entry to the Therapeutic Community (60-person capacity), which is located in a rural area at the outskirts of Larissa. At the same time, there are a Center of Social Re-integration and a Family Support Center, which provides counselling and support to members of families faced with a substance abuse problem.

The structure of the Programme also includes Research & Documentation, Education, Resources & European Programmes and Administration & Finance departments.

Increased educational needs of the programme's members led to the creation of the Transitional Adult School, in 2000. It is the first organized educational structure for former users in a therapeutic programme for adults.
It is housed in a renovated independent building at the premises of the Therapeutic Community and gives the opportunity to its participants to upgrade their qualifications and re-integrate in the educational process.

In the framework of the programme, there is an adequately equipped dental clinic as well as a carpentry workshop, which, as a production unit, meets the programme's needs in furniture and carpentry works, while providing vocational training to its members.
